Beginners Course

$100.00 for 1 Hour Session 

To welcome you to your CrossFit journey and for you to join our CrossFit Classes. Our beginners program consists of 2 x sessions consistently for one week, where we introduce you to the foundational movements in CrossFit. The sessions are 60 minutes with our Head Coach, Luke. The idea behind our beginners program is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes. We focus strictly on technique, to ensure your safety and to enhance performance!

* This course is compulsory for anyone who has never done any CrossFit before

*If you have CrossFit experience and feel you don’t need to start in Fundamentals, we can do an evaluation upon your first scheduled visit


 

One on One Personal Training

$60.00 for 1 hour session with head coach luke

– Have some specific goals you want to achieve?
– Need to rehab an injury?
– Looking for some alone time with a personal trainer ?

One on One coaching in every session - you will receive catered advice to ensure you get the most out of every session. Moving well and safely is priority for every session with Luke. For an extra $10 per session Luke will give you homework for your specific goals

 
 
 

What is expected on your first session at CrossFit Nook:

 
 

Step 1: Arrive at CrossFit Nook- once you have organised your first session with us whether it be to learn the basics or continue your journey. The first step is to come along, do this and you're already ahead of anyone else thinking of starting.


Step 2: Bring a smile and a positive attitude - everyone in our gym are like minded individuals that genuinely want to see you succeed. So, know that you will be surrounded by people that have either been exactly where you are or are in the same shoes you’re in, bottom line we are here to help.

 
 

Step 3: Listen to Coach - Our job is to get your moving and get you moving safely, make sure you listen and clarify instruction. This will ensure you get the most out of your experience with us.


Step 4: Push yourself - Once we get started we need to hit it with intensity, everyone is at different fitness levels and everyone’s pain threshold is at different levels; this is where the fitness is increased. Pushing yourself in our workouts will equal results.

 
 

Step 5: High Fives - It doesn't matter if you have the best score or the best time everyone congratulates everyone on completing our workouts and your included, make sure you have your fit bumps ready!


Step 6: Next session - By completing your first session you are already on your way to a better version of you, the next question is, when is the next one?
